Welcome to Ariya eSIM. By using our app, services, and products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Use of Service

  • Ariya provides eSIM data, calls, and related services.
  • You must use the service only for lawful purposes. Misuse, including fraud, spam, or illegal activity, may result in suspension or termination.

2. Account & Eligibility

  • You must create an account with accurate information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

3. Purchases & Payments

  • All purchases, including data plans, calls, gift cards, and top-ups, are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • Prices and availability may change without prior notice.

Gift Cards

  • Digital gift cards are supplied by third-party brand and fulfillment partners. Availability, denominations, supported countries, currency, redemption rules, and expiry terms can differ by brand and region.
  • Gift card codes are delivered digitally after successful payment and order approval. Ariya is not responsible for loss, misuse, incorrect recipient details, or redemption issues after a valid code has been delivered.
  • Gift card purchases are final and cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded once the code has been issued, except where required by law or where the supplier confirms the code could not be delivered or redeemed.

4. eSIM Usage

  • eSIMs are non-transferable and locked to the first device they are activated on.
  • Deleting or removing your eSIM may result in loss of service. Reissue may not always be possible.

5. Plan Validity

  • Plans must be activated within 180 days of purchase.
  • Once activated, validity begins immediately, for example 7 days or 30 days. Pausing eSIM service does not stop the countdown.

6. Network Coverage

  • Network speed and availability may vary by region. Ariya is not responsible for coverage gaps caused by local carriers.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Ariya is not responsible for service interruptions, delays, or issues caused by third-party networks.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the plan purchased.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Ariya may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
